As of 3 weeks ago, I was down to 170 which was 10 lbs lost. I have a feeling I've lost at least 5 more...I'll let you know. But, the biggest changeare the inches and clothes sizes I've dropped...and I have muscles now!
Here are my stats and how many I've lost since we started on 7/7:
bust area 38" -- lost 3.5"
bicep 12 -- lost 1"
waist 32" -- lost 6"
hips 41" -- lost 6"
thigh 23.5" -- lost 3.5"
calf 15" -- same but lots harder! :)
I have given all of my size 14s to Goodwill and some of my 12s. I am starting to fit into size 10s!!! have a bunch of old clothes I was hanging onto and am wearing them again! I think my wedding dress will actually fit! :)
Eric, regardless if I win the body transformation contest or not, I cannot thank you AND ADAM enough...I feel so much better and I look so much better!!! I have energy I never knew I had and am really proud of myself for doing this for me and my good health. I will be a much more confident bride now. I have 1 more month and hope to continue the hard work.

I knew that with my busy schedule, I was just kidding myself that I would get to the gym at least 3 days a week. This is why an in home personal trainer was so intriguing to me. Richard is a superb trainer! He's working with both my husband and me, and is incredibly sensitive to our differing skill/fitness levels. I'm truly excited about moving toward better health with Richard! I've worked out for years and years with no real results other than maintenance. My workouts with Richard get results. I can see visible changes in muscle tone that look great and have lead to increased performance in various sports. An hour with Richard is hard, but it is more efficient and effective than 5 or more hours on your own. I just wanted to thank you for all of the help you have given my daughter. As a 14 year old, it is very hard to be overweight. Kids can be very superficial and cruel. I didn't want my daughter to have to worry about the way she looks and have to come home upset. The way you helped her, and made her realize that exercise can be fun, shocked me. Not only did she lose the weight, but she even works out when she does not see you. She always enjoys your workouts with her, and always comes home with a smile on her face. Thanks for helping me find the right trainer to suit my needs. As someone who is morbidly obese, working out is not the most attractive activity. Working with a fitness trainer was the only way I knew I'd workout. I am not afraid to say, I hate working out. There's nothing about it I enjoy, to be honest. However, upon working with my trainer, I began to actually enjoy fitness and working out. I have finally had enough of feeling tired and lazy all the time, with no energy at all. I decided to get off my behind, improve my diet, and get serious about exercise and working out. Finally a fun way to workout! An in home trainer is like working out with a friend. It makes the workouts go by faster, and you actually have fun doing it. With bathing suit season right around the corner, I decided I needed to start getting into shape right away, rather than waiting until the summer. Tyler is AMAZING. The man is an encyclopedia of health and fitness knowledge. He instantly answers my on-the-fly questions like: "do they have a stretching exercise for . . ?" and will always show me how to do an exercise, even if I ask him to repeat it several times. On our off-days, he emails homework assignments and words of encouragement.

At first, I was too intimidated to use a trainer, especially as out of shape as I was. However, my trainer started me off slow and gradually increased the intensity of our workouts. Do I Need Equipment?
Absolutely not! Part of the service that we provide is that our personal trainers will bring all of the equipment to you! They'll bring the free weights, the resistance bands and balls, the ankle weights, boxing equipment, or any other piece of equipment applicable to your program.
Our trainers will use their creativity to make your program fun and challenging. Whether it's training outdoors doing cardio, or indoors doing resistance training, our fitness pros will make your program fun and exciting.
